I got top-notch service from this business. It was super easy to chat with someone on the phone. My order arrived fast, and the item was priced really well.

Honestly, I wouldn't even rate them with a single star. I placed an order for probiotics that my 17-month-old needs, along with some zinc liquid for myself. This was back on October 6, 2021. When the order arrived, the zinc was off, containing a strange white substance. I've reached out to them multiple times through email and phone, but no one has gotten back to me as promised, nor have they responded to my emails. My order is still sitting in the box because I won't give my son anything that might not be safe. Plus, I’m not about to use a product that’s not right.

I strongly recommend you STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was a bit wary about using this service since I came across a few negative reviews, but I’m glad I didn’t let that stop me! I made my order on June 13th, and it was confirmed right away, arriving today, June 16th. Super professional, they kept me updated throughout the process and offered great value for what I paid. What a win!

It was alright for me

I’m really happy I found this company because my regular fish oil, which I buy from a different place, is way cheaper here. I was worried it might be near its expiration date, like often happens with cheaper products, but that wasn’t the case this time. Plus, even with another lockdown going on, my order showed up in just a few days. I’ll definitely be coming back to this company in the future.

I have no complaints at all. I placed my order on January 17th and got it by the 20th. When I bought two or three of the same creams, they gave me a better price. I’ll surely be ordering again.

What a dreadful company! I ordered some prebiotics for £18, and three weeks went by with no sign of my order. I reached out to complain, and the customer service rep just said it was delivered. After a long and frustrating chat with him, he told me to deal with the post office. Seriously? You want me to waste another hour of my life arguing with them? This company is not to be trusted at all.

Great company to work with. I made my order online and got a confirmation right away. Later that same day, I received an email mentioning that during week 6 of the COVID-19 lockdown, deliveries might be slightly delayed. My package showed up just 4 days after I placed my order. Given the tough times, I’d say that was amazing service from a busy pharmacy. Thanks a lot!

AWFUL. I never got the item I ordered. No replies to my emails or calls. Eventually, I managed to reach the Manager, who ungraciously suggested I file a dispute through PAYPAL. DONE!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. [Edit: a year later, I just got an email saying the vendor has replied... as if I’d remember from over a year ago that I was supposedly rude on the phone, etc... it’s a joke. The Manager was the one being rude to me, not the other way around. I mentioned that right after it happened in my review. Now, a year later, your 'update' means nothing.
